Every plan includes a set number of workflow runs each month. If you go over, your workflows won’t stop. Each additional run is simply charged at your plan’s per-run rate.
Additional runs are charged every month
This is the same whether you pay for your plan monthly or annually.
- Monthly plan: additional runs from the past month are added to your next invoice.
- Annual plan: you pay for your plan once a year, but your included runs still reset every month, and additional runs are charged every month.
Unused runs do not carry over, so a quiet month does not make up for a busy one.
What each additional run costs
The price depends on your plan. Higher plans include more runs and a lower price per additional run.

When upgrading saves you money
If you go over your included runs most months, a higher plan is often cheaper than paying for additional runs. Based on monthly prices:
- Starter with 2,000 runs in a month → $149 + (1,800 × $0.15) = $419. Professional includes 2,000 runs for $399.
- Professional with 20,000 runs in a month → $399 + (18,000 × $0.07) = $1,659. Scale Up includes 20,000 runs for $1,499.
You can see how many runs you have used this month, and change your plan, on your billing page. We’ll also send you email alerts as you approach your plan’s run limit.
