What happens to my workflows if my subscription expires or I cancel my subscription?

Overview

When your Keragon subscription ends, your workflows are not deleted. They are preserved in an unpublished state so that you can reactivate them later without losing any configuration.

How It Works

  • Workflows remain in your account, but they will not run while the subscription is inactive.
  • Once you renew your subscription, you can review and publish any workflow to resume normal operation.
  • All previous workflow logic, triggers, and integrations are preserved exactly as they were before the subscription expired.

Key Behaviors

  • Unpublished state: Workflows are saved but inactive.
  • No automatic deletion: Workflows are not removed, even after an extended subscription lapse.
  • Editable: You can still make changes to workflows while unsubscribed.
  • Ready to republish: After renewal, workflows can be reactivated immediately.

Limitations

  • Workflows cannot run while your subscription is inactive.
  • You cannot publish workflows while unsubscribed.
  • You cannot test steps or triggers while your subscription is inactive.
