Changelog · September 2026
eClinicalWorks is live in Keragon. Plus 11 new connectors and over 120 new actions and triggers. Here's everything that shipped in September.
eClinicalWorks is live
Connect eClinicalWorks to the rest of your stack. Build HIPAA-compliant workflows and agents that read from and write to eCW, without writing code.
What you can do in eCW
- Patients. Create, update and look up patient records.
- Coverage. Get, create, update and delete coverage, and create insurance card or ID documents.
- Clinical documentation. Create clinical notes, PDF documents and C-CDA documents, and pull document references.
- Encounters and your practice. Pull encounters, practitioners, organizations and locations, and create tasks for your team.
One-time setup in eCW. You'll need eCW admin access to activate the Keragon app (Admin → Production Activation → FHIR APIs Settings). Follow How to authenticate eClinicalWorks step by step.
How to start an eCW workflow. eClinicalWorks connects through actions. Kick off the workflow with a trigger from another tool, like a form submission, a new lead or a scheduled run, then let Keragon do the work in eCW.
