Test webhook triggers against real data
When you test a webhook-based trigger, Keragon now surfaces the 5 most recent real events from that workflow's past runs. Pick one from the dropdown, hit Test trigger, and preview the actual payload, so you're building and mapping against real data that already came through, not a guess.
What's new
- Reuse events you've already received. No need to fire a fresh live event every time you want a sample to work from. Recent ones from past runs are right there.
- Consistent testing flow, everywhere. Webhook triggers now follow the same guided flow as every other trigger type.
- Guided when there's nothing yet. If no events have come through, the panel tells you to trigger one in your app and check again. No dead end.
Build against reality. Mapping a workflow against a payload that actually came through your webhook means fewer surprises when it goes live, and fewer test runs to get there.
Known limitation. Events are matched by workflow and trigger with no version filter, so if a trigger was reconfigured under the same name, older-shaped payloads may still show up.
