Announcing your Keragon integration

Your connector being live means your users can use it. Launch day is when they find out; and it's a big moment of reach for yourintegration. This article explains how Keragon supports your launch and what a strong launch actually looks like.


What to expect

Launch day is a shared moment. You announce the integration to your users; our team is alongside you to amplify and handle demand.

On your side:

  • Announce the integration on your channels — product, email, social, blog
  • Tag Keragon so our team sees your posts

On our side:

  • Reshare and engage across LinkedIn, X, and our newsletter audience, so your announcement reaches our healthcare network
  • Watch for signups and onboard new customers quickly

Booking your launch day

When you click Announce on the Announce your integration task in your partner dashboard, a Calendly window opens and shows a 30-minute slot.

This is not a meeting booking. The slot is a placeholder on our marketing team's calendar so they are standby. To book:

  1. Log in to the partner dashboard
  2. Click Announce on your launch checklist
  3. Pick the day you plan to publish
  4. Confirm

We book one partner per day, and we recommend Tuesdays or Thursdays as those days get the most engagement on LinkedIn and X.


What a strong launch looks like

The partners who get the most out of launch day don't rely on a single post. They put several signals in front of their audience and leave materials behind that keep working after the day ends.

What we've seen work:

  • An in-product moment: a banner, changelog entry, or onboarding callout
  • An email to your user base: to customers who'd benefit from workflows across Keragon's healthcare integrations
