Setup Guide
Follow these steps to connect your ModMed account to Keragon:

Contact ModMed at practicesolutions@modmed.com and request an integration with Keragon.

Once approved, you will receive the following credentials:

Go to app.keragon.com and open the ModMed connector setup.

Click Create Authentication.

Enter the provided credentials into the corresponding fields:

Firm URL Prefix: The base URL assigned to your practice.

FHIR Username and Password
-

Click Connect to finalize the integration.
Note: All fields are required. Ensure that the values are copied exactly as received from ModMed.
Troubleshooting and Common Errors

Access to requested resource is not enabled | Contact synapsys@modmed.com to request access. |

Incorrect Firm URL Prefix | Ensure the Firm URL Prefix matches what was provided by ModMed. |
Scope not permitted |
Resource access not granted by ModMed | Request additional scopes from ModMed (takes 2–3 weeks for approval). |
