How to find your OAuth 2.0 client credentials in ModMed

In this step-by-step guide, we'll walk you through the process of locating and inserting your client credentials (Firm URL Prefix, API key, Oauth2 username, Oauth2 password) from ModMed into Keragon, thus enabling seamless integration.

  1. Email ModMed directly at practicesolutions@modmed.com to request an integration with Keragon. They will provide you the required data points (Firm URL Prefix, username, password)) to go-live.
  2. Once ModMed has approved your account, you can connect your account in Keragon by entering the credentials to their respective fields in Keragon's authentication form and clicking the "Connect" button.
