Spruce Health

This page contains the setup guide and reference information for the Spruce Health connector.

Prerequisites

Before connecting your Spruce Health account, ensure that:

  • You are subscribed to the Spruce Communicator Plan.

  • You have contacted the Spruce support team to enable API access for your account.

  • You have the ability to access Settings > API Access in your Spruce Health dashboard.

Note: API access is not enabled by default. You must explicitly request access from the Spruce support team.

Setup Guide

Follow these steps to connect your Spruce Health account to Keragon:

  1. Log in to your Spruce Health account.

  2. Navigate to Settings and then to API Access.

  3. Click the Create Token button.

  4. Copy the newly generated API Token to your clipboard.

  5. Go to app.keragon.com and open the Spruce Health connector setup.

  6. Paste the API Token into the designated field.

  7. Click Connect to complete the integration.

Important: Treat your API Token as sensitive information. Do not share it over unsecured platforms.

Troubleshooting and Common Errors

Error Message Cause Suggested Fix
401 Unauthorized Invalid or expired API Token Regenerate the API Token and update it in Keragon.
403 Forbidden API access not enabled for your account Contact Spruce support to ensure API access is granted for your account.
API Token not accepted Token format incorrect or incomplete Ensure the entire token is copied and pasted without extra spaces or characters.
Connection failed General connectivity or permission issues Confirm API access is properly configured and retry the connection.

Limitations and Notes

  • API access is only available for users on the Spruce Communicator Plan.

  • API access must be manually enabled by Spruce Support; it is not self-service.
