This guide provides detailed instructions on how to identify and update guest form fields in Zenoti.
1. Introduction
By following these steps, you will be able to navigate through Keragon and update guest form fields efficiently.
2. Click "Zenoti / Get guest form"
First, add the Get guest form action. Provide or map an existing guest ID from a previous action
3. Click "Test step"
Once done, proceed to the test step.
4. Click "Outputs"
View the outputs to see a list of field names and their values. We'll need to specify these exact field names in the next step.
5. Click "Zenoti / Update guest formNot configured"
Next, proceed to the Update guest form action.
6. Click here
Map or provide the corresponding guest ID
7. Click "Guest's ID140445A5-01FF-4812-98C8-3747747B9190"
In this example, the Guest's ID from Search guests action is selected.
8. Click "New key name in Form fields"
Select the option for adding a new key name in form fields.
9. Fill "name"
Fill in one of the form fields from the Get guest form. e.g. name
10. Click "Add"
Add the new key name.
11. Click "Save"
After filling up the form fields, hit Save.
