How to find your API key in Zenoti

  1. Login to your Zenoti account and make sure you are at the organization level.
  2. Click the Configuration icon as shown below

  3. Search for and select the Apps setting from the Integrations section

  4. On the Manage Applications page, click Add.
  5. Enter the following information:
    1. Name: Enter the name of the application.
    2. Leave the rest of the form as is.
  6. Click Next.
  7. Manage the scopes of your app by selecting the checkbox of data permissions under the appropriate API groups.
    1. You should choose only the scopes that you really need. For example, if your workflow will manage opportunities and appointments then select the checkboxes called "Opportunities" and "Appointment" respectively.
    2. If you are unsure which scopes to select please talk to your Keragon automation expert and they will help you.

  8. Click Next.
  9. At the next screen you should be able to see your generated credentials and click Generate API Key.

  10. Paste the generated API key value into Keragon.
