Learn how to add a Keragon webhook in Trustpilot. Webhooks need a Trustpilot Enterprise plan, or Premium with the API Module add-on.
Go to business.trustpilot.com
1. Click "Integrations"
Navigate to the "Integrations" section.
2. Click "Developers", then "Webhook Notifications"
Open the webhook settings.
3. Click "New Review"
Select "New Review" under "Service Reviews".
4. Click "Add new subscription"
Add a new subscription for this event.
5. Copy "Webhook URL"
Copy the webhook URL from your Keragon trigger.
6. Paste it here
Paste your Keragon webhook URL.
7. Click "Test"
Check that Trustpilot can reach Keragon.
8. Click "Save changes"
Save the changes made.
