Generate your Thinkific API access token by following Thinkific's official guide, How to Create API Access Tokens. Thinkific displays the token only once, right after it is created, so copy it as soon as it appears and keep it somewhere safe. Once you do, please paste it into the API key field for the Thinkific connector.
