When a troubleshoot article doesn't get you unstuck — or you want to share feedback, ask a question, or report a bug — click Get help in your agent editor. Reports go straight to our customer support and product team and are prioritized during early access.
Beta note: This article covers the Keragon Agents early-access release. Behaviour, limits, and UI may change during the early access period; this page is updated on a rolling basis as we observe real failures with early adopters.
When to reach out
Three things you can use Get help for:
Templates for each case
Pick the closest match, paste it into the form, and fill in the placeholders. Or write your own — the form has no required structure.
Share feedback
For ideas, suggestions, anything that worked well, or anything missing you'd love to see.
Subject: Feedback — [one-line summary] What I was trying to do: What worked well: What I'd improve:
Contact support for troubleshooting
For when something's broken and the troubleshoot articles didn't have your answer.
Subject: Help with [agent name] Agent: [agent name or link to the run] What I expected to happen: What's actually happening: What I've already tried:
Report a bug
For when the agent (or the builder) is doing something it clearly shouldn't.

How to submit
- Open your agent in the editor.
- Click Get help (top right).
- Paste a template above or write your own — subject and body.
- Drag and drop a screenshot or short recording if it helps.
- Click Submit.
Tip: Keep it short. A few sentences and a screenshot or short recording are usually all we need — we'd rather get a quick note now than a polished report later.
