Submit feedback, support questions, or bug reports

Agents (Early Access) · Get help

When a troubleshoot article doesn't get you unstuck — or you want to share feedback, ask a question, or report a bug — click Get help in your agent editor. Reports go straight to our customer support and product team and are prioritized during early access.

💡

Beta note: This article covers the Keragon Agents early-access release. Behaviour, limits, and UI may change during the early access period; this page is updated on a rolling basis as we observe real failures with early adopters.

When to reach out

How to submit

  1. Open your agent in the editor.
  2. Click Get help (top right).
  3. Paste a template above or write your own — subject and body.
  4. Drag and drop a screenshot or short recording if it helps.
  5. Click Submit.
Get help submit flow — opening the modal from the agent editor, typing a short troubleshooting report about a Healthie 401 error, dragging in a screen recording, and clicking Submit.
💡

Tip: Keep it short. A few sentences and a screenshot or short recording are usually all we need — we'd rather get a quick note now than a polished report later.
