Agents · Get help
When a troubleshoot article doesn't get you unstuck — or you want to share feedback, ask a question, or report a bug — click Get help at the top right of the agent builder. It opens a window with every way to reach us.
Using the AI copilot for help
The fastest answer is the AI copilot — the chat panel on the left of the agent builder. Ask it about a run or a problem. It reads the run, tells you what went wrong, and can debug the agent for you.
For anything else, use Get help below.
When to reach out
Three things you can use Get help for:
Templates for each case
Pick the closest match, paste it into your message, and fill in the placeholders. Or write your own.
Share feedback
For ideas, suggestions, anything that worked well, or anything missing you'd love to see.

Missing a connector, trigger or action, or found a bug in one? Click Connector request or issue instead. For anything else, click Contact us here.
Tip: Keep it short. A few sentences and a screenshot or short recording are usually all we need — we'd rather get a quick note now than a polished report later.
