Adding and managing members in your organization

This guide explains how to invite teammates to your Keragon organization and manage their access.

 

Who to invite

Add anyone on your team who'll need to interact with Keragon. That usually includes:

  • Techncical team: engineers or developers building or reviewing your connector
  • Partnership and marketing: handling launch, co-marketing, and your integration page
  • Sales, customer success, and support: for deals where Keragon comes up, or customer questions about the integration

Inviting a member

  1. Log in to the partner dashboard and click Organization in the left sidebar
  2. Select Members from the secondary menu, then click Invite
  3. Enter the teammate's email address and choose a role from the dropdown
  4. Click Send invitation

The invitee will receive an email with a link to join. Until they accept, the invitation appears in the Invitations tab, where you can resend or cancel it from the Actions column.


Managing existing members

The Members tab on the same page shows everyone who currently has access to your organization. From the Actions column on each row you can:

  • Change a member's role to grant or remove permissions
  • Remove a member from the organization
