If you need to forward workflow error notifications (which are sent from notifications@keragon.com) to another team member or a shared inbox, follow the steps below for Gmail or Outlook.
Gmail
Step 1: Add a Forwarding Address
- Open Gmail and click the gear icon (⚙️) > See all settings.
- Go to the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab.
- In the Forwarding section, click Add a forwarding address.
- Enter the destination email address (e.g., support@yourcompany.com).
- Click Next > Proceed > OK.
- Ask the recipient to verify the forwarding request sent to them.
Step 2: Set Up a Filter
- Still in Gmail, go to Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses > Create a new filter.
- In the From field, enter: notifications@keragon.com
- Click Create filter.
- Check Forward it to: and select the email address you verified earlier.
- Click Create filter again.
🔁 Only emails from
notifications@keragon.com
will be forwarded — your other Gmail traffic won’t be affected.
Outlook
Step 1: Create a Rule in Outlook Web
- Sign in to Outlook Web.
- Click the gear icon (⚙️) > Mail > Rules.
- Click Add new rule.

- Choose From > enter: notifications@keragon.com

- Choose Forward to > enter the desired email address.
- Click Save.
Optional: Desktop Outlook App
If you use the desktop app, the process is similar:
- Go to File > Manage Rules & Alerts.
- Create a new rule using the same logic: match sender and forward to the desired address.
