How to Auto-Forward Keragon Workflow Error Emails to Another Address

If you need to forward workflow error notifications (which are sent from notifications@keragon.com) to another team member or a shared inbox, follow the steps below for Gmail or Outlook.

Gmail

Step 1: Add a Forwarding Address

  1. Open Gmail and click the gear icon (⚙️) > See all settings.
  2. Go to the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab.
  3. In the Forwarding section, click Add a forwarding address.
  4. Enter the destination email address (e.g., support@yourcompany.com).
  5. Click Next > Proceed > OK.
  6. Ask the recipient to verify the forwarding request sent to them.

Step 2: Set Up a Filter

  1. Still in Gmail, go to Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses > Create a new filter.
  2. In the From field, enter: notifications@keragon.com
  3. Click Create filter.
  4. Check Forward it to: and select the email address you verified earlier.
  5. Click Create filter again.

🔁 Only emails from notifications@keragon.com will be forwarded — your other Gmail traffic won’t be affected.

Outlook

Step 1: Create a Rule in Outlook Web

  1. Sign in to Outlook Web.
  2. Click the gear icon (⚙️) > Mail > Rules.
  3. Click Add new rule.

Step 2: Configure the Rule

  • Name: Forward Keragon Errors
  • Add a condition:
    • Choose From > enter: notifications@keragon.com
  • Add an action:
    • Choose Forward to > enter the desired email address.
  • Click Save.

Optional: Desktop Outlook App

If you use the desktop app, the process is similar:

  • Go to File > Manage Rules & Alerts.
  • Create a new rule using the same logic: match sender and forward to the desired address.

Use Cases

  • Send alerts to your DevOps or Support team
  • Notify a shared team inbox like errors@yourcompany.com
  • Ensure someone is always aware of failed workflows
