Setup guide for Keragon app in HubSpot

Keragon lets you connect HubSpot with hundrends of the most popular apps and healtcare specific tools, so you can automate your work and have more time for what matters most. HIPAA compliant and no code required.

Install the app

1. Log in to Keragon 
2. Go to Authentications 
3. Click "Create New"
4. Search and Select "HubSpot"
5. Click Connect
   
6. Select the Account you want to connect
   
7. Click Choose Account
8. Review the requested scoped on this screen
   
9. Click Connect app
10. Your account has been connected
    
    

Configure the app

You are now able to create workflows that connect your apps to automate repetitive tasks in a HIPAA compliant way.

Use the app

To create a new workflow follow the steps

1. Select Workflows on the navigation menu
2. Click Create New
3. Select your Trigger tool
4. Select your Action tool
5. Customize your workflow
   
6. Publish the workflow

Disconnect the app

You can disconnect your HubSpot account from Keragon in the following way:

1. Go to Authentications 
2. Find and Select your HubSpot authentication
3. Click the bin button to delete
4. Click Delete
   

Note: If you disconnect your HubSpot account from Keragon all workflows will stop running

Uninstall the app

To disconnect an app from your HubSpot account:

• In your HubSpot account, click the settings settings icon in the top navigation bar. In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Integrations > Connected Apps.
• Click Actions on the app you want to disconnect, then click Uninstall.
• In the dialog box, type “uninstall” in the text field and click Uninstall.
