This page contains the setup guide and reference information for the Acuity Scheduling connector.
Prerequisites
Before connecting your Acuity Scheduling account, ensure that:
-
You have an active Acuity Scheduling account.
-
Your account has the necessary permissions to access appointment and scheduling data via the API.
Setup Guide
Follow these steps to connect your Acuity Scheduling account to Keragon:
-
Go to app.keragon.com, and visit the "Authentications" tab.
-
Click the "Create new" and select the Acuity Scheduling connector.
-
Click the Connect Account button.

You will be redirected to the Acuity Scheduling login screen.
-
Enter your Acuity email address and password, and authorize Keragon to access your account.
-
Upon successful authorization, you will be redirected back to Keragon and your account will be connected.
Note: This integration uses OAuth 2.0, so your credentials are securely handled by Acuity during the authorization process.
Troubleshooting and Common Errors
Error Message | Cause | Suggested Fix |
---|---|---|
401 Unauthorized |
Expired or revoked authorization | Reconnect your Acuity account using the Reconnect button. |
403 Forbidden |
Lack of required access permissions | Check user role and permissions in Acuity; ensure the app has correct scopes. |
Connection failed |
Network issue or authorization denial | Retry the connection and ensure you grant full access when prompted. |
Limitations and Notes
-
This integration uses OAuth 2.0 for secure, token-based access.
-
Only one Acuity account can be connected per Keragon authentication instance.
- A maximum of 25 webhooks can be created per Acuity account. A 400 error will be returned when that limit is reached.
-
OAuth tokens may expire; re-authentication may be required periodically.
