Prerequisites
Before connecting your Jotform account, ensure that:

You have an active Jotform account with at least one form created.

Setup Guide
Follow these steps to connect your Jotform account to Keragon:

Log in to your Jotform Dashboard.

Click on your Profile Icon in the top-right corner.

Navigate to Settings.
-
In the left sidebar, click API.
-
Click "Create New Key" to generate a new API key.

Provide a name for the key and ensure you select "Full Access" under permissions.
⚠️ This is a crucial step. Without Full Access, the integration may not work correctly.

Copy the generated API Key.

Now, switch to Keragon:

Navigate to the "Authentications" tab.

Click "Create new" and select Jotform.

Select the correct Account Type:

If you have a HIPAA-compliant Jotform account, select HIPAA.

If unsure, check with your Jotform representative or the Jotform support team.

Paste the copied API Key into the corresponding field.

Click "Save" to complete the connection.

Troubleshooting and Common Errors
