How to Request Elation API Credentials for Keragon

How to Request Your Elation API Credentials for Keragon

To connect your Elation account to Keragon, you will need to request production API credentials directly from Elation's support team. This guide walks you through how to submit that request, including how to find the information Elation needs to process it.

What You Will Need

Before reaching out to Elation, you will need your Keragon Organization ID (Org ID). This is a unique identifier for your Keragon account that helps Elation match your credentials request to your account during the activation process.

Step 1: Find Your Keragon Org ID

  1. Log in to your Keragon account at app.keragon.com
  2. Click on your profile/account icon in the top right corner
  3. Navigate to SettingsOrganization
  4. Your Organization ID will be displayed on this page. It looks like this: org_XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
  5. Copy it; you will include it in your email to Elation.

⚠️ Note: Make sure you are copying the Organization ID (starting with org_), not your personal user ID.

Step 2: Email Elation Support

Send an email to support@elationhealth.com using the template below.
