This guide provides comprehensive instructions on how to find your client credentials in Salesforce.
1. Click the gear icon
In your Salesforce dashboard click the gear icon.
2. Click "Setup"
Access the Setup menu.
3. Click "Apps"
Click on "Apps" under the Platform Tools section.
4. Click "App Manager"
Select the App Manager option.
5. Click "New Connected App"
Create a New Connected App.
6. Fill in required fields
Fill in the required fields such as name and your email address.
7. Select "Enable OAuth settings"
Select "Enable OAuth settings"
8. Fill "https://api.us-east-1.keragon.com/rest/auth/callback"
Enter the value for the callback URL
9. Select the relevant scopes
Select the relevant OAuth scopes that you'll need. You can choose the ones shown in the screen here.
10. Deselect these
Deselect these already enabled options.
11. Select the "Enable Client Credentials Flow"
Select the "Enable Client Credentials Flow"
12. Click "Save"
Save the changes by selecting "Save.
13. Click "Continue"
Proceed by clicking on "Continue.
14. Click "Manage"
Click on Manage
15. Click "Edit Policies"
Select the "Edit Policies" option.
16. Click here
Click on the Search icon.
17. Click on the user
Select the user that you want to assign the client credentials flow.
18. Click " Save "
Save the changes.
19. Click on "App Manager"
Access the App Manager section.
20. Click here
Find your newly created app and click on the icon to expand the options.
21. Click "View"
Select the "View" option.
22. Click "Manage Consumer Details"
Click on Manage Consumer Details
23. Copy and paste these details in Keragon
Now copy and paste into Keragon the consumer key and consumer secret.
