If you need an integration that isn't currently supported, want to add a trigger or action to an existing connector, or need to report an issue, you can do all of this directly from the editor.
Requesting a New Connector
The fastest way is to describe what you need in the chat panel (left side of the editor):
"I need a connector for [app name] β how do I request it?"
You can also request a new connector in two other ways:
Option 1: From the Add new step panel
- Click the + icon on the canvas to open the Add new step panel
- Go to the Apps tab
- Click Request a vendor in the "Missing a vendor?" banner at the top
- Fill in the vendor name and describe what you want to achieve with this connector
- Click Submit
Option 2: From Get help
- Click Get help (top right of the editor)
- Select Connector request or issue
- Search for the connector β if it's not listed, click Request a new connector at the bottom of the panel
π‘ Tip: Describing what you want to achieve with the connector helps the team prioritize and assess feasibility faster.
Request priority by plan
| Plan | Response |
|---|---|
| Starter | Subject to availability β no guaranteed timeline; reviewed as resources allow |
| Pro | Within 3-5 business days β request reviewed for feasibility and alignment with roadmap |
| Scale up | Within 2 business days β support team confirms, assesses feasibility, and outlines next actions |
| Enterprise | Custom SLA β evaluation handled per contract terms, typically includes rapid feasibility review and dedicated follow up |
Requesting a new action or trigger for an existing connector
Describe it in the chat panel first:
"I need a [action/trigger name] for [connector name] β how do I request it?"
Or manually:
- Click Get help (top right of the editor)
- Select Connector request or issue
- Find and select the connector from the list
- Submit your request for the missing action or trigger
π‘ Example: Want a "Delete Record" action that isn't available yet? You can request it here.
Reporting an issue with a connector, action, or trigger
If something isn't working as expected, start by describing the issue in the chat panel:
"I'm having an issue with [connector name] β can you help me troubleshoot?"
If you need to escalate to the support team:
- Click Get help (top right of the editor)
- Select Connector request or issue
- Find and select the connector you're having issues with
- Provide details about the problem and the team will investigate promptly
π‘ Tip: Including detailed error messages and sample data helps the team troubleshoot and fix issues faster.
