How to request a connector, action, trigger or report an issue

If you need an integration that isn't currently supported, want to add a trigger or action to an existing connector, or need to report an issue, you can do all of this directly from the editor.

Requesting a New Connector

The fastest way is to describe what you need in the chat panel (left side of the editor):

"I need a connector for [app name] β€” how do I request it?"

You can also request a new connector in two other ways:

Option 1: From the Add new step panel

  1. Click the + icon on the canvas to open the Add new step panel
  2. Go to the Apps tab
  3. Click Request a vendor in the "Missing a vendor?" banner at the top
  4. Fill in the vendor name and describe what you want to achieve with this connector
  5. Click Submit

Option 2: From Get help

  1. Click Get help (top right of the editor)
  2. Select Connector request or issue
  3. Search for the connector β€” if it's not listed, click Request a new connector at the bottom of the panel

Requesting a new action or trigger for an existing connector

Describe it in the chat panel first:

"I need a [action/trigger name] for [connector name] β€” how do I request it?"

Or manually:

  1. Click Get help (top right of the editor)
  2. Select Connector request or issue
  3. Find and select the connector from the list
  4. Submit your request for the missing action or trigger

Reporting an issue with a connector, action, or trigger

If something isn't working as expected, start by describing the issue in the chat panel:

"I'm having an issue with [connector name] β€” can you help me troubleshoot?"

If you need to escalate to the support team:

  1. Click Get help (top right of the editor)
  2. Select Connector request or issue
  3. Find and select the connector you're having issues with
  4. Provide details about the problem and the team will investigate promptly
